Your rights
Residents of California (CCPA/CPRA), Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), Utah (UCPA), Texas (TDPSA), Oregon (OCPA), Montana (MCDPA), and other states with comprehensive privacy laws in effect have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information as those terms are defined under applicable law, in addition to other rights including access, deletion, correction, and portability.
You may also have the right to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information.
Submit a request
Send a request to privacy@marketplaceml.com with the following information:
- Your full name;
- The state in which you reside;
- Email address and/or phone number you've used to interact with our network;
- The right you wish to exercise (opt-out of sale/sharing, access, deletion, correction, portability, limit use of sensitive personal information);
- Subject line: Privacy Rights Request.
Global Privacy Control
Where required by applicable state law, we treat a browser-issued Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
How we respond
We acknowledge receipt of requests within ten business days and respond substantively within 45 days (extendable by 45 additional days where necessary and permitted by law, with notice to you). Verification is conducted by matching information you provide against records in our possession.
Authorized agents
You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. Provide documented authority along with the request. We may contact you to verify the agent's authority before fulfilling.
Non-discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
Appeal
If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response. We will respond to appeals within the timeframe required by your state's law.
